Full description: Pennsylvania has a new class system on the PA Turnpike. We break down the new toll classes, as they come along with a toll increase on the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Our guide explains the axle and height-based toll system now in place on one of the nation's largest turnpikes. Plus, you can no longer use cash in Pennsylvania to pay tolls; it's either E-ZPass or a compatible tag, or expect to get a toll invoice in the mail, what's called Toll By Plate in Pennsylvania.
