Full description: The town of Bay City, Michigan is seeking a public apology from Bay City Bridge Partners for the way the company handled the public announcement of a coming toll increase. The township of Grosse Ile, south of Detroit, prepares for the buyout of a 112 year old bridge that's been in the same family for its entire lifetime of service. New York's Mohawk Travel Plaza reopens, and the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge finally opens the lane for New Jersey-bound traffic.
