Full description: Monthly tolls could be limited to $200 in Virginia, under a proposal that has advanced in the Commonwealth’s House of Delegates. Meanwhile, a bill to put new tolls before voters appears stalled in the Texas legislature, without a committee to review it. The first phase of pre-construction for a replacement for the Francis Scott Key Bridge is underway, and a second phase will kick off in March. Also kicking off in March: Construction on the east 34 miles of the Indiana Toll Road.
