Full description: The cost of Donald Trump's trade war could come to roost in the form of a twenty-dollar toll to cross the I-5 bridge, set to replace an aging structure of the Columbia River between Oregon and Washington state. Construction will start this year on a new toll bridge in Mobile, Alabama, according to state authorities. Tolling was delayed again on the new Belle Chasse Bridge new New Orleans, and a new extension to a toll road outside Jacksonville is nearing completion.
