I-Pass is the main transponder/sticker pass issued in the State of Illinois.
The I-Pass can also be used on toll roads and most bridges in Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia.
There is only one agency issuing transponders in Illinois.

I-Pass is issued by the state of Illinois, and the Illinois Tollway, specifically, for use on toll roads across the Inland Empire State. I-Pass is also completely compatible will all E-ZPass facilities across the United States, and it can be used on toll roads in Florida, as well.
