Sunpass Pro has become the largest, most interoperable electronic toll system in the United States, in terms of total interoperability. Unlike E-ZPass, Sunpass Pro is interoperable with systems from the Southern Plains, across the Southeast, mid-Atlantic, New England and Midwest.
Sunpass Pro is issued by the the quasi-public-private agency known as Florida's Turnpike Enterprise, which also issues a Sunpass sticker, but it does not have the same interoperability as its larger cousin.
Uni is the interstate toll transponder issued by the Central Florida Expressway Authority. Uni replaced the early E-Pass Xtra transponders CFX had been issuing.
Uni is compatible with all Florida toll roads, as express lanes in Georgia and toll roads in North Carolina. Additionally, it is interoperable on roads that accept E-ZPass, including on Illinois toll roads. This makes Uni part of a large interstate network. In fact, it was Florida's first transponder compatible with E-ZPass.
LeeWay is a transponder issued by Lee County, Florida, for use on the three toll bridges in the Greater Fort Myers area, including the Sanibel Causeway, as well as the Midpoint and Cape Coral Bridges.
LeeWay is interoperable with all other toll roads in Florida, and it is accepted in Georgia and South Carolina.
Recently, LeeWay has also become interstate compatible, and is now accepted on toll roads in Oklahoma, Kansas and in the Dallas-Fort Worth area of Texas, only, on NTTA toll roads.
